Michelle is a compassionate and trauma-informed therapist specializing in helping clients heal from traumatic experiences to enable their ability to establish a sense of safety and promote mental wellness. With training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Michelle provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their past and develop effective coping strategies to face everyday challenges head-on. By integrating these evidence-based therapies, Michelle assists individuals in processing unresolved trauma, reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD, building strong self-care regimens, and helping her clients foster emotional resilience. Dedicated to empowering clients on their healing journey, Michelle tailors each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.

When not in session, Michelle enjoys spending time in nature, spirituality, and making meaningful connections with family and friends, which enriches her practice with mindfulness and a deeper understanding of holistic well-being.

Shatona is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in Mental Health. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Slippery Rock University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Shatona has extensive experience working with children of all grade levels, including those with special needs, as well as with adults in mental health treatment facilities and elderly individuals at the end of life.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion and a strong desire to alleviate the challenges her clients face. She uses person-centered techniques to empower individuals, helping them function better and achieve their goals. By fostering a positive therapeutic relationship, she creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns and work toward meaningful change.
Shatona has worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, adjustment issues, and trauma, providing individual, group, and family sessions. She specializes in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Her goal is to restore healthy thought patterns and behaviors in children and adults, promoting well-being and resilience.

Courtney is a pre-licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health and social services fields. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work, drawing from an eclectic blend of therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple. With a culturally sensitive and emotionally focused lens, Courtney is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard on their journey for meaningful growth and change.
Her therapeutic style is eclectic and personalized, rooted in the belief that each person’s story is unique—whether they’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict, or spiritual concerns.

Courtney holds a Master’s in Christian Counseling from Cairn University and has worked with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, and adults in both therapeutic and faith-based settings. In addition to counseling individuals, she has expertise in providing pre-marital and marriage counseling, helping couples build strong foundations, strengthen communication, deepen connections, and navigate challenges with empathy and intention.

Latrina is a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their relationships. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Latrina specializes in evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and traditional talk therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can gain insight, build healthier communication patterns, and develop tools for lasting change.
Whether working one-on-one, with couples, or with entire families, Latrina aims to foster deeper connections, improve emotional well-being, and support clients in achieving their goals.
