I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are; without judgment, pressure, or the need to explain who they are. My goal is to create a warm, affirming environment where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we walk on your healing
journey.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and recognize the unique experiences that can come with exploring identity, navigating relationships, coping with discrimination, or simply trying
to exist authentically in a world that isn't always affirming. Whether you're questioning, coming out, transitioning, or something else, you deserve a safe space to process and grow.
I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and substance use. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. Together, we'll deepen self-understanding, process
through inner wounds, and work toward meaningful growth at a pace that feels safe.
