Cianna Vaughan

I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are; without judgment, pressure, or the need to explain who they are. My goal is to create a warm, affirming environment where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we walk on your healing journey.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and recognize the unique experiences that can come with exploring identity, navigating relationships, coping with discrimination, or simply trying to exist authentically in a world that isn't always affirming. Whether you're questioning, coming out, transitioning, or something else, you deserve a safe space to process and grow.

I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and substance use. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. Together, we'll deepen self-understanding, process through inner wounds, and work toward meaningful growth at a pace that feels safe.

Judith Wilson

Judith is a native Pittsburgher from the East End. She identifies as a “Justness Practitioner”: a term she uses to describe a professional orientation informed by the Black Feminist and Womanist theological narrative and grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach to service delivery at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels. This framework works to create a powerful engine for healing and liberation. It acknowledges all people who live in the margin or an intersection of society where systemic struggles are deeply intertwined.

Judith is a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience in the field. Her work focuses on supporting individuals in building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies, and restoring a sense of safety and personal agency. She specializes in domestic violence, codependency, insecure attachment styles, adverse childhood experiences,  and co-occurring disorders along with the mental health symptoms and diagnoses that frequently accompany complex, socially rooted challenges.

Judith’s educational background includes studies at Carlow University, the University of Pittsburgh, and the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
